I think I'm posting more recipes in Ramadhan than I have done since I started the blog 🙈 Having some much needed time off work does help especially in Ramadhan.this is allowing me time to really gain the Baraqah of Ramadhan.
It is like a thin coffee butter cookie spread over the bun. When you bite into these the outside is crisp while the inside is soft and buttery. I have been told you can freeze the cooked buns and heat. Kalian dapat menghidangkan Mexican Buns aka Roti Boy, Roti O homemade menggunakan 21 bahan bahan dan 11 langkah. Berikut cara kalian untuk menghidangkan itu.
Bahan bahan
- Kalian perlu of Adonan roti.
- Kalian perlu 200 gr of tepung protein tinggi.
- Kalian perlu 50 gr of tepung protein rendah.
- Menyiapkan 40 gr of gula pasir.
- Kalian perlu 5 gr of ragi.
- Kalian perlu 1 butir of kuning telur.
- Kalian perlu 60 gr of margarine.
- Kalian perlu Secukupnya of garam.
- Menyiapkan 170 ml of susu cair.
- Menyiapkan of Bahan isi.
- Kalian perlu 10 gr of × 13 potong butter.
- Kalian perlu of Keju secukupnya (optional).
- Menyiapkan of Topping.
- Kalian perlu 50 gr of butter.
- Kalian perlu 50 gr of gula halus.
- Menyiapkan 1/4 sdt of garam.
- Kalian perlu 1 butir of putih telur.
- Menyiapkan 50 gr of tepung protein rendah.
- Menyiapkan 10 gr of tepung beras.
- Menyiapkan 10 gr of bubuk kopi (larutkan dengan sedikit air).
- Kalian perlu 1/3 sdt of pasta mocca/coffee.
This bun is a purely Asian creation. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with Mexico although buns with a cookie-like topping are reminiscent of conchas. I too have been practicing Roti buns for some time now (but with a recipe from youtube). I have tried both the direct method and using a tangzhong.
Langkah langkah
- Campur tepung terigu, gula pasir, ragi, aduk rata..
- Campur susu cair dan kuning telur.
- Tuang susu cair ke bahan kering sambil dimixer sedikit demi sedikit sampai sedikit kalis.
- Masukkan butter atau margarine dan garam, mixer sampai kalis.
- Bulatkan adonan, diamkan selama kurang lebih 1 jam, tutup adonan menggunakan kain.
- Sambil menunggu proofing pertama, potong butter menjadi kotak kurang lebih 10 gr atau sekitar 2 cm³ untuk isian.
- Persiapkan topping. Kocok butter, gula halus dan garam sampai lembut. Masukkan putih telur, kocok rata. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit, aduk rata. Tambahkan pasta mocca dan kopi, aduk rata. Masukkan pipping bag, sisihkan.
- Kempiskan adonan roti, uleni sebentar, bagi adonan masing-masing sekitar 40gr. Kalau mau lebih besar bisa disesuaikan selera, isian ditambah juga ya. Bentuk bulat, diamkan sekitar 10 menit..
- Pipihkan adonan, beri butter dan keju, bulatkan kembali, tata di loyang yang sudah dioles mentega atau dilapisi kertas roti. Diamkan 45-60 menit.
- Setelah proofing, beri topping dengan bentuk melingkar sampai ¾ bagian roti. Panggang dengan suhu 160-180° selama 20-25 menit tergantung suhu oven masing-masing.
- Angkat dan sajikan.
