- Setelah adonan di isi dengan isian dan di istirahat 1jam, semprotkan adonan topping diatasnya melingkar seperti obat nyamuk (potong ujung pipping bag nya) lakukan sampai selesai.
- Panaskan oven 10menit, kemudian panggang roti disuhu 250°c api bawah 7 menit, kemudian pindah api atas bawah 13 menit, kemudian api atas saja 5 menit disuhu 200°c (sesuai dengan oven masing2).
