- Sambil menunggu adonan, buat toppingnya. Dalam wadah campurkan gula halus dan mentega hingga larut lalu masukan tepung terigu secara bertahap, masukan kembali putih telur, dan kopi instan yg sudah dilarutkan dgn sedikit air. Aduk semua bahan sampai tercampur rata. Masukan kedalam pipingbag.
- Setelah satu jam adonan sudah mengembang 2x lipat, kempeskan adonan lalu bagi adonan timbang sekitar 40gr isi roti dengan campuran butter, susu bubuk dan keju dan bulatkan (aku bikin ada yg 40gr dan 30gr), istirahatkan adonan kembali selama 15 menit.
- Semprotkan topping keatas roti yg sudah didiamkan selama 15 menit dengan menggunakan piping bag. Jangan lupa panaskan oven kurang lebih 15 menit.
- Panggang roti selama 30 menit suhu sekitar 170derajat (sesuaikan oven masingmasing). Setelah 30menit angkat dan sajikan.
